Plan daily, Summarize Weekly
All the time I think about my low efficiency.
Of cource it roots from my low self-control
Should make plans daily and summarize weekly to recognize myself better
Wake up early and sleep early
Among the past half year I’m accustomed to sleeping after 12 and get up after 8.
Surely it’s by no means good. I understand that in fact I have only three sectors of time every day that are useful:
10-13 a.m. , 15-18 p.m. , and the whole night.
I must try to divide my schedulel into more tiny sections to keep motivated.
Don’t spend so much time eating!!
I always watch videos or chat while eating, resulting in a 1.5-hour-meal. Absolutely disasater!
Concentrate when learning English
Maybe it only takes me 1.5 hour to finish daily training? Push myself harder!
Tentative Schedule
Several things to be done weekly:
English — 1.5h/day
Meta Work — 1h/day
Complete a project of python — once a week
Read a paper about professors’ studies — 1h/day
Inclass study and review — 3h/day
Indeed there are so much time to do all the things, Just keep in mind !
